OFF SEASON RATES: Sept. - June Weekend rate is
$145/nt. (**Except for holiday weekends listed below). Sunday thru Thursday the rate is $125/nt.
HIGH SEASON: July - Aug. The rates are $175/nt.
ALL RENTALS REQUIRE A TWO MINIMUM NIGHT STAY
CLEANING FEE: Additional one time $70
PET FEE: Owner allows one (1) dog with
additional one time fee of $35
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED - $100
to be returned within ten (10) days of your stay. Any damages or extra cleaning will be deducted from your deposit.
